Features:
This line is suitable for coating polyester resin on 2.5~25 mm thick boards. Essentially, this line comprises two sets of press rolls, one fixed and the other oscillating. They automatically render a thin but uniform coating of polyester resin via a moulding film . Because this line is primarily designed for coating thick and heavy boards, the system does not come with any automatic unloading device. Rather, a series of escalator conveyor cages prolong the time taken for coating.
